STEPHANIE ANDERSEN
Managing Director

Stephanie leads both global and domestic high-complexity engagements and works with private-equity firms, public-company boards, managements, and outside counsel. She applies more than 25 years of international operations, financial analysis, accounting, and governance expertise to achieve efficiencies, improve internal controls, and resolve complex finance, accounting, and legal issues. She is an expert in the use of data analytics for better insights into operational and financial results and for investigations, compliance, and litigation matters. She is a certified public accountant (AlixPartners is not a certified public accounting firm), is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of CPAs, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She speaks Spanish and has lived and worked in Kuwait, Mexico, and Russia.
GIRISH BACHANI

Girish Bachani is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Financial Services Division.

As Chief Financial Officer Mr. Bachani is part of the senior leadership team of the division.
Mr. Bachani has been with Capital One since 2003 and has led several finance related projects including working on integrating the company's acquisitions over the years.
Before joining Capital One Mr. Bachani served in various leadership positions with American Airlines obtaining experience in treasury financial planning and international planning during his nine years at that company.
Mr. Bachani earned an MBA from Rice University and a master’s degree in accounting from Bombay University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors with Children’s Medical Center Foundation.
He and his wife Sangeeta are parents of two teenage children, a 17 year old son and a 14 year old daughter.
ANNE CHOW

Anne was appointed Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Business in September 2019. She is responsible for the company’s Business Solutions organization, which serves more than 3 million business customers in nearly 200 countries and territories around the world, including nearly all of the world’s fortune 1000 companies. With decades in the industry, Anne has led many global organizations through major transformations, developing and executing innovative growth strategies while building role model relationships. She's passionate about education, diversity and inclusion, advancing women in technology and cultivating next generation leaders.

Previously, Anne was President - National Business, where she led over 12,000 business professionals supporting 95 percent of AT&T’s business customers nationwide. Across numerous AT&T Business segments, she oversaw customer experience, management of direct and indirect sales channels, the B2B Sales Development Program, call center support, and DIRECTV FOR BUSINESSS™. She also owned P&L for the small and medium-sized business market encompassing AT&T's B2B services including wireless, networking, and application solutions.

Anne’s experience is diverse in both breadth and depth. She has held leadership positions in engineering, direct and indirect sales, sales operations, marketing, customer care, international operations, product management and strategic planning. She’s known for building world class teams, developing model leaders, and having a passion for excellence with customers and constituents alike.

As a founding member of AT&T University’s governing board, Anne actively supports the company’s leadership development imperative. She’s also involved in many of AT&T’s Employee Resource Groups and Employee Networks worldwide and serves as the executive sponsor for AT&T’s Women of Business Employee Network and the Asia Pacific Women’s Organization.
​
A lifetime member of the Girl Scouts, Anne also serves on the National Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of the USA. She also currently serves on the Board of the Directors of Franklin Covey Co (NYSE: FC). Anne is a member of the Committee of 100 and the Co-Chair of Georgia Tech’s Parent Board.

Her many contributions to business and the community are widely recognized. A few of Anne’s awards and accolades include Leaders and Legends by Who’s Who in Asian American Communities, Corporate Woman of the Year by the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Most Inspiring Woman in Comms by Light Reading. Most recently, Anne was awarded the Gold Stevie Award as Female Executive of the Year - Business Services.

Anne holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from The Johnson School at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell. She is also a graduate of the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School of Music.

Greg is an Audit Partner and has been in the Dallas office since 2014 and with Deloitte for 24 years. Prior to moving to Dallas Greg worked in the San Jose and Charlotte offices. Greg has served a variety of public and private clients primarily in the technology, real estate and manufacturing industries.
Greg is the founding president of the North Texas Ascend chapter and participates in the Deloitte North Texas Inclusion Council as the partner sponsor for our Asian Business Resource Group and is the North and Central Texas audit inclusion leader. He has also served as the Deloitte North Texas Inclusion Leader. He holds a bachelors and masters
degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
NALNEESH GAUR

Nalneesh Gaur is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) Dallas office specializing in Cybersecurity and Privacy and serves as US leader for Pharma and Life Sciences Cyber practice. He is a World Economic Forum Cyber Security Expert. Nalneesh was born in India and travelled to US to pursue higher studies. He lives in Plano with his wife and two children.

Susan Haseley is a Protiviti Executive Vice President and leader of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion initiative. Haseley has more than 30 years of experience in providing risk and technology consulting and internal audit services. She has been with the firm since its inception in 2002 and continues to serve as Protiviti’s Dallas market leader.
​
Prior to joining Protiviti, Susan spent over seven years with Arthur Andersen as a partner in its Risk Consulting practice, responsible for directing technology risk consulting and outsourced internal audit services. Earlier in her career, she held industry positions as vice president of IT Audit for a large insurance organization and a system analyst implementing financial systems for a large aerospace company.
Susan holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Ohio University. She holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications and is trained as a Six Sigma Green Belt. Consulting magazine named Susan to its 2016 list of Women Leaders in Consulting.
Susan is a member of several professional organizations, including The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) where she serves on the International IT Guidance Committee; Information Systems Audit and Control Association (lSACA); the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors (AHIA). She is also an active member of the Dallas Executive Women’s Roundtable (EWR).
She also serves on the board of the Dallas chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She is active in community service through various organizations including the National Charity League and the Dallas chapter of Junior Achievement. Susan enjoys traveling for fun across the globe and spending time with her husband Craig and daughter Caroline.
KAREN IDENO

Karen Ideno is Group Vice President, Sales, Product, Marketing, Brand and Remarketing for Toyota Financial Services (TFS). In this role, which she has held since 2018, Ideno is responsible for all Toyota and Lexus Financial Services’ Marketing, Market Planning, Brand, Loyalty, Product Development, Sales, Product and Marketing Analytics, Retail & Lease Product Operations, Remarketing, and Insurance Products & Operations.

Ideno began her career at Toyota holding various management positions including marketing manager and national marketing manager. She was instrumental in developing and growing the Marketing department through such initiatives as the launch of the TFS Brand, various product introductions, the launch of the ToyotaFinancial website, and the creation of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility function.
​
Ideno was promoted to corporate manager, Marketing & Brand in 2008. She was responsible for all Toyota and Lexus Financial Services marketing strategies including market planning, direct marketing, digital marketing, social media, advertising, brand engagement, incentive and recognition programs, and customer and dealer experience initiatives.
​
In 2006, Ideno was appointed national manager, Corporate Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Government Affairs. She and her team significantly expanded and improved the company’s internal communication strategy, media relations, and philanthropic endeavors. In 2007, the California State Senate recognized her role in developing TFS’ charitable activities, particularly in “Making Life Easier” for the youth of the Boys & Girls Club of East Los Angeles.

Ideno is a National Trustee of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, as well as a member of the American Marketing Association, the International Association of Business Communicators, and the UCLA Alumni Association. She is executive sponsor for the Toyota Asian American Society in Alliance (TAASiA) and is executive sponsor of the North American Advisory Council for Women Influencing & Impacting Toyota (WIIT).

Ideno earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Pepperdine University, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
THOMAS RAJAN
Managing Director, Talent Strategy
and People Development
American Airlines
Thomas Rajan is the Managing Director, Talent Strategy & People Development for American Airlines. In this role, Thomas is responsible for the design and delivery of American’s global talent development strategy and leadership & professional development programs. Additionally, Thomas oversees core team member engagement efforts as well as the coordination of federal learning and training functions across American.
Prior to joining American, Thomas served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Leadership Development for Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) with oversight for all talent and leadership development. Prior to BGCA, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, serving international clients on Strategy, Planning, Operations, and Organization, and was one of the leaders of the Human Capital practice in North America.
Prior to McKinsey, Thomas was Manager, Network Planning at US Airways, responsible for schedule planning and route optimization. He has also held roles in Financial Planning with The Boeing Company and in Customer Service and Operations with British Airways, and America West Airlines.
Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) Summa Cum Laude in Finance from Arizona State University. He serves on the Advisory Council for Corporate Learning Partners of Harvard Business Publishing.
Thomas lives in Southlake, TX with his wife and three sons. When he has a spare moment, he love to play golf and enjoys playing and watching soccer.
