Allyship
Leaning into our culture of belonging: Fostering Allyship

Allyship-Hor-bnr.jpg

Description

You are invited to an Ascend North Texas gathering to discuss allyship and belonging in the workplace. We'll use this time to continue elevating our self awareness, learn more on the fundamentals of allyship and listen to a panel of our colleagues share their stories and perspectives of active allyship in action. Active allyship is not a destination but a continual journey one must be prepared to travel alongside others. With this in mind, you may consider inviting a co-participant (e.g., invite a coachee, peer, mentor, etc) to join this insightful conversation.
