Elaine Zhou

Director, Internal Audit and Financial Advisory
Protiviti

Elaine is a Director in the Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice in Protiviti’s Dallas office. Recognized as a trusted advisor to mid-size and large-size banking clients focusing on internal audit transformation, regulatory issue validation and remediation, IPO readiness, and process improvement efforts across all three lines of defense.

 

Elaine founded Protiviti’s Asian Employee Network Group, Aspire, in Dallas in 2018, took Aspire to the global stage in 2020, and has been serving as global lead for Aspire. Aspire aims to support Protiviti Asian employees as they grow their careers and to help support the larger community.

Before joining Protiviti, Elaine spent time in external audit with Deloitte and business consulting. Elaine holds a master’s degree in accounting and is a licensed CPA and CFSA. In her spare time, Elaine enjoys skiing, traveling, and gardening.

Frank Geslani

Meet Frank Geslani, a seasoned communicator and creative spirit with a lifelong passion for stories. Based in Dallas-Fort Worth. Frank currently manages content and internal channels for McKesson Corporate Communications, where he brings his expertise from previous roles at Fossil Group and the Walt Disney Company. He's also making an impact in the DE&I space at McKesson, serving as DFW co-chair for ERG PAVE (Pan-Asian Voices for Excellence). He holds an MA from the University of Southern California Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism. Off the clock, Frank is an avid eater (he once side hustled as a food writer), and you’ll often find him hitting the court for a game of tennis or pickleball with his family.

Susan Haseley

Chief ESG and DEI Officer
Protiviti

Susan Haseley is a Chief ESG and DEI Officer, leading enterprise global strategy and programming for both Talent Solutions and Protiviti. Susan has been with Protiviti since its inception in 2002, and today leads the firm’s ESG and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Responsible for promoting an environment of inclusion with equal access to opportunity and advancement, she oversaw the establishment of Protiviti’s Global DEI Strategy in 2010 and the creation of Protiviti’s 11 employee network groups. She was also responsible for the launch of the Inclusion Champion Network, designed to help implement diversity programming at the local office level. In 2017, Susan was promoted to Protiviti’s executive team.

 

In addition to her DEI and ESG responsibilities, Susan serves as an advisor to key clients and draws on over 30 years of experience providing internal audit, technology and risk consulting services. She previously served as Protiviti's Global Industry Leader for the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice and as the Market Leader for the Dallas office. Under her leadership, Protiviti’s Dallas office has been recognized multiple times as one of the best places to work in Texas.

 

Prior to joining Protiviti, Haseley spent seven years with Arthur Andersen as a partner in its Risk Consulting practice, responsible for directing technology risk consulting and outsourced internal audit services. Earlier in her career, she held industry positions as vice president of IT Audit for a large insurance organization and a system analyst implementing financial systems for a large aerospace company.

 

Haseley earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Ohio University. She holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications and is trained as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

 

Susan has been recognized in the Excellence in Leadership category of Consulting magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting awards, honoring top female executives for achievements in the consulting industry. Haseley is a member of several professional organizations, including The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) where she serves on the International IT Guidance Committee; Information Systems Audit and Control Association (lSACA); and the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors (AHIA). She also serves on the board of the Dallas chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She is active in community service through various organizations including the National Charity League and the Dallas chapter of Junior Achievement.
