For the past few weeks, disturbing stories and videos of verbal and physical attacks against Asians have shocked the country. Since the start of the pandemic, anti-Asian hate crimes have increased 150% in 16 of the country’s most populous cities. This cannot stand. Join us in a conversation to discuss how we can combat this issue. There’s power in numbers and together we can shed light and join countless others taking a stand.

Devin Carter is the D&I Lead for the Americas at AlixPartners. She has 17 years of Diversity and Recruitment experience, and has spent the last 14 years working in both the management consulting and legal industries. At AlixPartners, Devin is responsible for shaping the firm’s efforts to be a best-in-class organization for inclusion. Prior to working at AlixPartners, Devin worked at Baker McKenzie, McKinsey & Company and ZS Associates. Devin holds a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College.

Vineet Sehgal

Vineet Sehgal is a Managing Director at AlixPartners LLP and is based in New York. He served on the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force from 2014 to 2017.
Vineet applies almost two decades of experience in guiding clients through the complexities of high-profile corporate litigation and investigation matters. He has extensive experience in leading technology teams in financial and regulatory investigations, litigation consulting, auditing and accounting matters, and settlement and restitution administrations. Vineet has a Bachelors in Finance and a Masters in Information Systems from Pace University.

Yvette Zhang has more than ten years of experience in management consulting firms and internal consulting groups at corporates. She has helped companies across auto and industrials develop strategy, increase revenue growth, and improve supply chain management.
Yvette Zhang obtained an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University and BS in Economics from Fudan University. Originally from Shanghai, she now lives in New York.
