Lisa M. Ong is an Executive Advisor to Ascend North Texas and Lifetime member of Ascend. As an executive coach, she loves working with her clients to dream big and unleash the power of “wishing out loud” ® in work and life. Lisa frequently speaks on topics of authentic leadership, inclusive leadership and bridging cultural differences.
A national diversity director for PwC, Lisa holds a MS in Management with a concentration in organizational development and professional executive coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas and her BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She was recognized in 2017 with a Dallas Business Journal Minority Business Leaders Award and in 2019 by Dallas CPA Society as CPA of the Year. She delivered the closing keynote “Ascend Talk” for the Ascend National Convention in 2017.
