Join Ascend North Texas and our amazing Executive Coaches, Lisa Ong and Zain Ali, for an exclusive members-only Executive Coaching Session (ECS) in March. EXECUTIVE COACH, LISA M ONG, CPA, ACC, Executive Advisor and Lifetime Member of Ascend
Lisa Ong, is a certified executive coach focusing on diversity and inclusion,
leadership development, coaching and facilitation. She frequently speaks on
topics of authentic leadership, networking, personal brand, inclusive leadership
and bridging cultural difference. Lisa also serves as the 2017-2018 Chair of the
Dallas CPA Society and on the boards of Texas Society of CPAs and AICPA
Council. Lisa holds a MS in Management with a concentration in organizational
development and professional executive coaching from The University of Texas
at Dallas and her BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She
is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a credentialed Associate Certified
Coach (ACC).
EXECUTIVE COACH, ZAIN ALI, Founder and Managing Partner at Azvantage
Zain Ali founded Azvantage with a focus on Leadership and Sales development
that leverages technology to make it relevant in the digital age. Zain is also the
Founder and Board Member at Sunbonn which is a Global Technology Provider
which he founded in 2009. Prior to starting his companies, Zain has had the
privilege for working for consulting companies like Accenture, Wipro, The HackettGroup as well as in the industry for companies like Bombardier Learjet, Haggar, Nortel, and NCH. He has served over 80 organizations in 25+ countries, author of the book “Cultivate Your Leader” and Professor at UTD. He is an alumni of Wichita State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a MS in
Industrial Engineering.
