Shuba is a principal with Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP and has 18 years of experience in leveraging advanced analytics to deliver deep insights to her clients through innovative and transformational solutions that help them address their most pressing issues on enterprise risk management. Shuba helps lead the digital initiatives for advanced analytics and cognitive intelligence for the Energy Resources industry. In prior roles, Shuba led operations for off-shore forensic analytics practice. Shuba has authored numerous articles and serves as a speaker for various events that are industry, technology, and leadership-oriented. She has served in numerous leadership roles that allowed her to continue her passion for developing talent in a diverse multi-generational workforce. She is an advocate for Women in Technology and supports the growth of STEM skills with young scholars through her voluntary services at school districts. She currently serves as an Advisory Council member for the MS in Business Analytics program at McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas - Austin.

Caroline is head of Corporate Insurance and Risk Advisory at Goldman Sach’s . She is responsible for the oversight of insurance and risk management of corporate insurance for the firm. Caroline is a co-sponsor of Goldman Sach’s Dallas Asian Network and serves as a champion sponsor for the Black and Hispanic/Latinx Analyst and Associates in her division. Caroline joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 as an associate in the Realty Management Division and was named managing director in 2017. She has held many roles across Global Banking, Treasury, and Realty Management Divisions. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in global risk management, focused on property and casualty insurance solutions for financial, real estate, and private equity clients. Caroline serves on the board of the Pearl Street Insurance Company. She is a member of the Texas Women's Foundation's Orchid Giving Circle, and an active member of the National Charity League. Caroline earned BA degrees in International Relations and East Asian Arts and Languages from the University of Southern California and attended Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.

Marcial Lapp is Vice President of Revenue Engineering at American Airlines, In this role, he leads the team's use of algorithms, data and systems to solve some of the the toughest problems that arise in Revenue Management and Network Planning, including within the disciplines of yield management and pricing, ancillary pricing, revenue integrity, passenger automation, distribution technology, airline partner connectivity, offer and order management and network-level passenger and fleet assignment forecasting. Marcial began his career with American in 2010 as an intern where he developed the optimization system for flight overbooking decisions - an enhanced version of the same system is used today. Following his internship, Marcial joined as Chief Scientist Revenue Management and developed an improved network controls model, managed several domestic markets and oversaw the Mexico, Caribbean and Latin America region. Most recently he led the Operations Research and Data Science team responsible for the technical implementations of systems that drive revenue outcomes. Marcial earned a doctorate in industrial engineering and two master's degrees in computer science and business administration from the University of Michigan. He lives in Arlington, Texas with his wife Allysen and his sons, Otto and Marlo.

Charan Lota is group vice president & executive chief engineer, Connected Technologies at Toyota Motor North America (TMNA). In his role, Lota oversees the design, development and implementation of the company’s connected car ecosystem and is driving transformational change through cutting edge technology, data and connectivity. Lota specifically led the concept planning, design, evaluation and launch of Lexus Interface as well as the Toyota Multimedia System for the North American region. These systems debuted on the 2022 Lexus NX and 2022 Toyota Tundra, respectively. Since beginning his career at Toyota in 2000, Lota has served in several positions across Toyota’s North America operations in Michigan as well as in Texas. Lota has worked across vehicle cockpit design, cockpit electronics development and since 2017 in Connected Technologies. Lota was the first multimedia chief engineer in Toyota outside of Japan. Throughout his time at Toyota, Lota has received over 35 design patents in various domains. In 2018, Design News recognized Lota as one of 14 engineers who are transforming the automotive industry. Lota holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Dearborn and completed the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Strategic Leaders Program in 2016.

Jenny is the Chief Compliance Officer at McKesson Corporation. Under her leadership, the Compliance & Ethics Department works closely with senior leadership to design, implement, and oversee our company's compliance program and to support and foster our culture of integrity. Prior to serving in her current role, Jenny was the Assistant General Counsel lawyer for the Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services business (PSaS) at McKesson. Her team of lawyers and paralegals provided legal support for all of the businesses within the PSaS portfolio, including wholesale and specialty drug distribution, GPO functions, physician practice management, repackaging and private label offerings, independent pharmacy franchise, and a host of other pharmacy and provider support services. Before joining McKesson in 2009, Jenny was a corporate lawyer in the Health Care Group at the law firm of Ropes & Gray, first in the Boston office and then in the San Francisco office. She worked primarily with hospital clients on physician contracting, joint ventures and bond financings. She also supported several private equity transactions in the health care space. After graduating from Wellesley College, Jenny attended Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and received her Masters of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine. Jenny currently lives in Dallas with her husband Jake, her daughter Louisa, and her son Nicholas.

Nivera is responsible for running all facets of the business for Canada. She is an accomplished executive and has a proven executive management track record driving sales growth for the KFC brand in Canada. In her previous role, Nivera served as the Chief Financial Officer for Canada. Her earlier positions included Controller, and Manager, Financial Planning for KFC. She is a strategic thinker and a leader with strong financial expertise and wide ranging experience including people focus and inspiring team leadership. Prior to joining Yum! Nivera served in various management positions. At Schneider Electric she was Manager, Financial Planning. Nivera also was a key player with Loblaw Companies Limited, as Financial Manager, and was responsible for driving strong financial results for the organizations. Nivera is a designated CA, CPA and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation form the Illinois CPA Society. She started her career in assurance and advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Outside of work, Nivera stays busy spending time with her family, including her two children and being involved in various Women’s programs and charitable initiatives. She holds an honours degree in Management and Economics from the University of Toronto.

She has worked in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. She excels at translating strategy into execution to build and scale new businesses, drive revenue and profit growth, and deliver operational excellence. Shin-Wen currently serves as Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Senior Vice President of AI Strategy, M&A Integration responsible for developing and driving the digitalization and AI strategy for the Juniper integration, a $14B acquisition by HPE to build the world’s best networking company. Shin-Wen is regularly called upon to help organizations drive results across a diverse spectrum of business challenges. She is known for her pragmatic approach to problem solving and is highly respected by her teams. • As Senior Vice President of Customer Success & Chief Operating Officer for HPE’s $4B HPC & AI business group, she led the services and operations organization of seven hundred employees responsible for solution design and implementation, onsite and remote service delivery, engineering resolution, manufacturing and supply chain operations, lab operations, and business operations. She drove a transformation of the business following a troubled Cray acquisition integration, talent attrition, and pandemic-related supply chain dislocations, rebuilding the services and operations organization, strengthening the operating model, and positioning the business to take advantage of the ensuing market momentum from AI, leveraging its leadership in supercomputing. • As General Manager for HPE’s $8B Volume Compute Solutions business, she refocused HPE’s core compute solutions portfolio on workload optimized solutions to deliver revenue growth, improve profitability, and expand market share. • As General Manager for HPE’s Hybrid IT China business, Shin-Wen executed a successful turnaround of HPE’s $2.3B China business across the complete server and storage portfolio, delivering 20% year-over-year revenue growth through HPE’s joint venture H3C. • As a HPE Vice President of Corporate Strategy, she led a company-wide transformation effort to accelerate strategy by realigning cost structure and shifting investment to critical growth areas. The effort delivered greater than $1.1B in savings for reinvestment. • Shin-Wen has led workstreams in global M&A transactions, including the historic separation of Hewlett-Packard Company into two new companies, HP, Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise and the formation of the H3C joint venture. She has built capabilities to enhance strategic, financial and governance oversight, and improved organizational health by realigning global labor pools to business needs. • Prior to HPE, Shin-Wen founded the London office and led the Northern European P&L, 50% of the European business, for a sourcing services and software start-up which was acquired post-IPO by Ariba (now SAP). During this time, she grew the customer base by over 400%, revenue by 67%. Shin-Wen has a passion for developing strong leaders, connecting diverse talent to opportunities, and building sustainable cultures. His client base includes large financial services firms, primarily top 25 U.S. and global banks, and insurance companies. Previously, Kevin was global head of Operational Risk Assessment and Intelligence for Technology Risk Management at a large international investment bank. Earlier, he held a series of senior leadership roles that supported technology operations, strategy and advanced analytics. Halen has provided expert testimony and signed affidavits involving digital forensics. He is a GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Advanced Smartphone Forensics (GASF) certified, and a member of InfraGard. Prior to TCU, he was a professor at UNT and built the experiential learning program at Frisco campus. He is the author of the book “Cultivate Your Leader”. Zain serves on the board of directors for several for profit and non-profit organizations by providing strategic, insights, leadership development and technology guidance including Ascend North Texas. Zain has a BS Electrical Engineering and a MS Industrial Engineering from Wichita State, while his PhD is from University of North Texas.

Vivek holds an MSc in Accounting, Accountability and Financial Management from King’s College London with distinction. He has over 10 years of financial services experience, starting his career in London at Goldman Sachs in 2014 as an analyst in the GBM Public division covering credit derivatives. He moved into the Investment Banking Division firstly covering EMEA TMT working on multiple telco, software and education deals in 2017, before moving to Dallas in 2023 to cover Real Estate M&A. As Director of Strategic Football Operations for the Dallas Cowboys, John Park leads strategic football efforts for the team, working closely with coaches, scouts, and front office staff to provide data-driven recommendations for team success. Park served in the same capacity with the Indianapolis Colts for seven seasons (2016-2023), where he was responsible for identifying, developing and deploying resources to support football operations. He previously worked in NFL Player Engagement (2016) and with Rutgers Football (2014-2015) in both player development and recruiting roles. Additionally, he currently serves on the High Performance Committee of USA Football and also the inaugural Combine Performance Advisory Committee for the NFL Combine. Before working in sports, Park served as a consultant for Alvarez & Marsal and PricewaterhouseCoopers while a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Park earned his bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from Duke University and his master’s degree in actuarial science from Columbia University and has also been selected for the NFL Executive Leadership Program League of Leaders at Stanford University and the Ozzie Newsome GM Forum and the NFL QB Summit.
