Description:
When you enter the business world, you soon realize that there is, in fact, a "game" being played, of which no one has told you the rules or explained how exactly to succeed. And sometimes, it can feel unnatural or even inauthentic to play the unwritten rules to win in this game. In this session, we'll talk about how to navigate the dynamics between power, politics and culture in the workplace, and how we, as Pan-Asian professionals, can effectively succeed while being true to ourselves and our core values.
Save your spot and register today. You don’t want to miss this candid and informative session with Renu Sachdeva, co-founder of The Group Prism LLC.
