This requires partnership across Bank's lines of business and control functions for strategic alignment of the use of Artificial Intelligence to responsible growth and also ensure AI is effectively governed in alignment with Policy. In his prior role, he was Managing Director with Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice. He has successful track record of growing and stabilizing businesses. He lead the Analytics/Data Scientist practice advising clients to achieve business transformations through amplified intelligence with data and cognitive capabilities and cutting-edge tools and digitization technologies. Throughout his career, Shekar has served as a trusted Advisor to global clients across industries, with primary focus in Banking and Securities. He has advised CXOs in opportunities for managing risk across various risk functions, such as Marketing and Strategy, Fraud/Forensics, Global Regulatory Compliance, Model Risk Management, Internal Audit and Cyber. In his earlier roles, Shekar was instrumental in setting Enterprise Analytics function in a large bank with multi-million bottom line impact across sales & marketing, operational excellence & capital optimization supporting Treasury function. As head of offshore strategy, he set up an 600+ member team for Corporate and Investment banking across equity/debt research, financial spreading, credit and structured products modeling and delivery and trading support. He has also managed a 1500+ Analytics organization driving data driven decision making for clients and partners.

Today she’s charged with doing the same (and then some) at TRG. In her newly created role, Nikki will create an inclusive and diverse space where everyone has the opportunity for a great employee experience. Recognized as a bridge builder and an employee coach, Nikki wants to help others succeed in their careers. Her own journey was shaped as a Clark-Atlanta University and The Ohio State University alum. Nikki’s energy, empowering nature, and expertise are obvious the moment you meet her.

Kelly previously led Deloitte’s US SAP practice and alliance. She is an innovator and value-generation leader, presenting in such prestigious marketplace forums as the World Economic Forum, Female Quotient panels, and SAP’s SAPPHIRE conference.
